06-01-10 / Settled a patent infringement case, KAB Enterprise Co, Ltd. v. Ursich Products, Inc. et al Case Number:1:07-cv-02864 United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois.

05-25-10 / Successfully dismissed a garnishment order and helped client receive a $625,000 withholding payment released in the Illinois Bankruptcy Court.

05-03-10 / Successfully challenge an improper service for our client in NY State court.

04-21-10 / Successfully rebut a copyright infringement allegation for a client from his competitor represented by a major NY law firm.

04-12-10 / RLMK wrote 2 articles for Taiwan legal news, one article talks about the false marking issue and the other article relates to the de facto functional mark and the de jure functional mark.

03-10-10 / Frank Mazzeo was recently named the 2010-2011 Chairperson for the Licensing Committee in the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s IP Section. Frank had previously served two terms as the Trademark Chairperson during 2006-2008.
